When you’re awarded your Refresh franchise we’ll work together to get your business up and running. We will set up your IT and train you on all Refresh Renovation business systems. You’ll attend a three-day induction in London. As you establish your business and start to grow, we’ll provide as much help and advice as you need.
In the initial six-month start-up period you’ll receive comprehensive training on the Refresh process and meet with your first customers. Becoming familiar with internal systems and processes and creating a marketing plan in conjunction with Head Office is another key priority for the first six months.
Ongoing training is as and when required and applies to both the franchisee and their team.
The degree of operational support Refresh provides is essential to each franchise’s success. That’s why we offer training and operational direction from the get-go, and ongoing coaching and support as each new franchisee sets their business up and continues to build and manage it.
