Ongoing Training

Ongoing support from Head Office is flexible, according to the needs of individual franchisees. Franchisees typically have regular informal contact with the Refresh operations team, but support is available on both a scheduled (i.e. quarterly review meetings) and ad-hoc basis as required. Training is offered in areas that franchisees feel they need it.

As the franchisee’s team grows, this support is also available to all key members within that team.
